“Around the age of 30 I became interested in my health and fitness. I started like anyone by reading and copying whatever piece of info I could find off of the internet. Anything from “Bro Science,” to nutrition articles, to podcasts, I tried it all. You would think just by picking up a barbell an listening to a few podcasts you would be well on your way to making yourself stronger and looking good, but that’s not how the body works. For 2 years I did what the Internet told me to do to get to my dream body. By doing tons of cardio and lifting heavy, thinking this would make a difference. However, in reality, what I was really doing was forming bad habits, developing poor range of motion, band posture and opening myself to risk of serious injuries. The more I lifted the more I noticed how my body was responding negatively to all the hard work I was putting in. My fitness goals started to plateau and my frustration began to increase. It wasn’t until I teamed up with Jeremy did I start to learn the importance of proper technique and mechanics and how to apply it to strength movements and increase my athletic performance. He applied his wealth of knowledge in physical science and physiology and taught me the proper form and technique while challenging me to new levels in safe and controlled format. Once applying his methods, over time my posture corrected, my range of motion drastically improved, my physique radically changed from a “Skinny fat” to lean muscle. Most importantly why strength went through the roof. By continuously working with Jeremy, and correcting my form I was able to perform movements the at on point seemed out of reach while protecting my body from injury. After a year and a half training with Jeremy I am a different person, with the same hard work ethic, but much wiser. It is true what they say “work smarter, not harder” and it remains true with Jeremy’s methodology.”
